Privacy notice

Syncra Studio is operated by SYNCRA SRL, a company registered in the Republic of Moldova (IDNO 1025605006423), based in Chișinău. For anything about your data, email hello@syncra.studio.

Inquiry form: your name and email address, and — if you choose to give them — your company or project name, the type of help you need, your preferred start date and your message. We also record which language version of the site you used.

Email: if you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.

Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider processes basic request data (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We use inquiry details only to reply to you and, if you want, to discuss and prepare a project with you. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in answering it. We don't add you to mailing lists, we don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery provider (Resend), and our email is hosted by Google Workspace. These providers may process data outside Moldova under their own data-protection terms.

The site sets one functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, to remember your language choice for up to a year. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we measure visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and reports aggregated statistics only.

We keep inquiries for as long as the conversation or any resulting project needs them, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@syncra.studio. You can also complain to the data-protection authority in your country — in Moldova, the National Center for Personal Data Protection.
