The challenge
mebrand is the made-to-order brand of a Moldovan atelier. It needed one platform for the whole business: a store where customers pick a design, adjust it or commission something new, and the workshop behind it that cuts, sews, finishes, checks and ships every order.
What Syncra did
We built it end to end, as a team of two engineers. A storefront in English, Romanian and Russian with bespoke orders, MAIB card payments and Nova Post delivery; the atelier's production pipeline from cutting to shipping; community samples that earn customers store credit; and a separate admin and CRM. AI turns a written description into a design preview, Llama Guard 3 screens community posts before they appear, and a face-conditioned virtual try-on is built and held behind a data-protection flag until it's cleared to launch. It runs on React Router, Hono and oRPC, with Postgres on Railway, files on Cloudflare R2, and background workers and scheduled jobs.
