A mobile app for drivers: look up a vehicle by its plate, interact with its profile and message its verified owner without exchanging phone numbers. Syncra designs and builds iBeep in-house; its terms and privacy policy name SYNCRA SRL as the operator.
From plate to conversation
- Scan a photo of a vehicle or type its plate, then choose the matching vehicle.
- Message the verified owner with a preset opener, then continue in a private chat if they reply.
- React or comment on a vehicle profile, even when nobody has claimed it yet.
- Mark a vehicle in your garage as for sale, add an asking price and let buyers message you from its profile.
Privacy and control
- Phone numbers stay private on both sides. A new conversation arrives as a request that can be accepted or ignored.
- Blocking someone ends the conversation in both directions.
- Ownership verification checks a registration certificate and discards the image. Only extracted facts and the verification result are kept.
- Sign-in uses Google or Apple; iBeep does not receive or store your password.

- React Native and Expo, with an encrypted on-device SQLite database using OP-SQLite and SQLCipher
- A local-first sync engine over an authenticated WebSocket, using oRPC
- A Bun and Hono server, backed by PostgreSQL and Drizzle
- A Turborepo workspace with an Astro landing page and English, Romanian and Russian interfaces
Where it stands
iBeep is in development and is not yet available in the App Store or Google Play. Its landing page is live in English, Romanian and Russian; store links will be activated at launch.

React Native: from project setup to the App Store and Google PlayWriting the app is the part everyone plans for. Signing, test tracks, privacy forms and store review are where launches slip. This is the path I follow from an empty repo to both stores.
